RockShrink

Lisa Thaler, LCSW helps bands negotiate the many issues that arise on the path to “making it”: poor communication and conflict resolution, addiction, tension between music as art vs. music as business, ego and control, individual needs vs. band needs, productivity, performance anxiety, autocratic leadership vs. democratic process, romantic entanglement, negotiating fame and success. A rock musician and Psychotherapist, Lisa’s avid passion for music and more than 21 years of clinical experience give her a depth of insight into band dynamics that is unique in the industry.  She helps bands accomplish shared goals without ever losing sight of what is important....the music.
